IS-Cambridge 2014

Together with Professor Schanz some members of our chair attended the International Symposium on Geomechanics from Micro to Macro (IS-Cambridge 2014), which was held from 1st to 3rd of September in Cambridge.

Besides interesting presentations the participants were able to meet and discuss with numerous experts from all over the world - among them also Professor Andrew N. Schofield. The symposium was held at the Engineering Department of the University of Cambridge, while the conference dinner took place at King's College.
